These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://safeandsecurevira.com and the products, software licenses, and services (the “Services”) offered by Safe and Secure Vira, a service of Keystone Integrated Services LLC. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase or use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts

Some Services require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@safeandsecurevira.com of any suspected unauthorized use.

3. License to Use Software

Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, Safe and Secure Vira grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software for which you have purchased a license, solely for your personal or internal business use and for the number of devices specified in your license. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the software except as permitted by law; (b) sublicense, rent, lease, or resell the software or license keys; (c) use the Services to violate any law or third-party right; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems; or (e) use the Services to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content.

5. Products and pricing (complete list)

The Services include the products below. Unless otherwise noted, prices are in U.S. dollars and recurring licenses are billed on a one-year basis at the starting price for the selected license tier. Higher device counts or add-on tiers at checkout may change the total charge; the tier prices below are the standard catalog as of the date above.

6. Subscriptions, renewals, and taxes

Some licenses are offered on a subscription basis and will renew automatically at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. Prices may change on renewal; we will provide notice before any material price change. Taxes are your responsibility unless we are required by law to collect them.

7. Refund and cancellation policy

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase of a new license, provided the license has not been substantially used and no refund has previously been issued for the same product. Subscription renewals may be canceled at any time and will remain active through the end of the current billing period. 8. Disclaimers of warranties

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Safe and Secure Vira and Keystone Integrated Services LLC disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that the Services will detect or remove every threat or that any device will be completely secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Safe and Secure Vira, Keystone Integrated Services LLC, or our affiliates, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Safe and Secure Vira, Keystone Integrated Services LLC, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable state and federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the jurisdiction where Keystone Integrated Services LLC maintains its principal place of business, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Dispute resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at support@safeandsecurevira.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution as permitted by applicable law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on safeandsecurevira.com or by email. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
